A long time ago, there was a mysterious accident: somebody was killed without knowing the reasons. The only evidence at the place of action is one smiley face. Some people think this is a symbol of a murderer, the others think it must be something meaningful… Nah, too many ideas. When the time goes by, people forget that accident. One day, they suddenly see it on the street. Too horrific for such a deadly symbol. You are a young Pokemon Guardian of a big organization. This is the time for you to step in and investigate this Smiley Face symbol, also that old accident.
