Pokemon Dark Pearl is a hack of Pokemon Ruby.

Well, the storyline is hard to understand a little bit. All right, at first you have to know that now you are a boy who has been living for 9 years in the Honjo Region. One day, while you are going to for a walk… suddenly you see a man in white clothes is being chased by someone. After helping him, he asks you to find the place where his daughter is training. And when you found her, you also helped her escape a battle between her and two more strange people. You know they are members of Team Shadow – the evil gang which is rising up and trying to catch all the Pokemon in this region… especially some special legendaries. You and that girl will fight against those people!
