Pokemon Fool’s Gold

Pokemon Fool’s Gold is a Pokemon Crystal ROM hack where everything is familiar, yet different… This is one of the good hacks are available at this time. They have been working on this as a side project since about January 26, 2019. And now, when they have finished it… we have a great game to play, right?

In this game, all of the Pokemon have been reworked… think Alolan/Galarian forms, for all the Pokemon. All 251 Pokemon are available in-game without trading. In addition, there have been a few visual tweaks.

Plot Details
The story is all the same as vanilla Pokemon Crystal, so the experience is similar, but with the new Pokemon designs.

• Catch all 386 Pokemon.
• The starters are no ordinary ones.
• Fake routes.
• An organization, Team Darkness, who seems to have the same plan to unlock these secrets… or are they up to something else?
• Later in the game you can meet your main rival.
